Bitumen

BITUMEN 40/50 Grade 40/50 is a standard penetration grade Bitumen usually used as a Paving Grade Bitumen. The bitumen is provided during the process of oxidation of vacuum bottom (the Bitumen production feedstock that derives from distillation tower residue in vacuum oil refineries) in bitumen production units. Due to its high air blowing and penetration, it is used in tropical areas.
BITUMEN 60/70 Grade 60/70 is a standard penetration grade Bitumen usually used as a Paving Grade Bitumen. The bitumen is provided during the process of oxidation of vacuum bottom (the Bitumen production feedstock that derives from distillation tower residue in vacuum oil refineries) in bitumen production units. Due to its high air blowing and penetration it is harder then 85/100 and is good for higher traffic loads.
BITUMEN 85/100 Grade 80/100 is a standard penetration grade Bitumen usually used as a Paving Grade Bitumen. The bitumen is provided during the process of oxidation of vacuum bottom (the Bitumen production feedstock that derives from distillation tower residue in vacuum oil refineries) in bitumen production units. Due to its high air blowing and penetration .The main common usage of this product is in road making at cold regions.
PACKAGING Bitumen is packed in corrugated cold rolled steel drums weighing 180 Kg ± 4Kg. Our Bitumen is transported in drums of high quality new Steal drums using high quality Standardized Steel produced by well-known companies all in conformity to EN DIN standards.
Cutback Bitumen & Bitumen Emulsions
CUTBACK BITUMEN Cutback bitumen grade MC-30 and MC-70 is suitable for primer sealing can also be used in the manufacture of pre-mix asphalt, which is used in patch repairs. Cutback bitumen’s are used extensively in sprayed sealing applications, particularly in cooler weather where they provide improved initial stone retention due to their lower viscosity. Typically, a single application of the appropriate cutback bitumen is sprayed onto the primed pavement on to which aggregate is laid.
BITUMEN EMULSION Bitumen Emulsion grade K1-40 is a 40% bitumen emulsion.It is Primarily for use between courses in road construction of hot rolled asphalt and macadam. Also suitable for concrete curing. Provides adhesive film between sub base and base course or base course and top wearing course. Forms impervious seal on concrete.
